Welcome to Hooklyft, a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform designed to help users generate high-quality hooks for LinkedIn posts. These Terms of Service govern your use of our service and outline the legal obligations and rights concerning your access to and use of Hooklyft.
User Eligibility and Registration
Hooklyft is open to all users without age or location restrictions. To access Hooklyft’s services, users must register for an account and maintain either an active free plan or a paid subscription plan.
User Responsibilities
By using Hooklyft, you agree to adhere to our Fair Usage Policy. You must ensure that your use of the service does not include the dissemination of content that is adult in nature, contains hate speech, or uses abusive language. Violation of these guidelines may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Intellectual Property Rights
The unique content generated by users on Hooklyft is created under a common creative policy. Hooklyft does not claim intellectual property rights over the content created by users. Users are responsible for the content they generate and share through our platform.
Payment Terms
Hooklyft operates on a freemium model with the following paid plans:
- Individual Plan: $29/Month
- Business Plan: $99/Month
Cancellations and refunds are available if no credits are consumed in the given month, provided the request is made within 24 hours of purchasing a subscription.
Modifications and Service Availability
Hooklyft reserves the right to modify services or terms with prior notification to users via email. While we strive for 99.99% uptime, service may occasionally be interrupted for technical reasons. Users will be notified of any significant downtime.
Account Suspension and Termination
Hooklyft reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of our Fair Usage Policy, failure of payment, or any other bad practices identified by our team. Terminated accounts will lose access to all Hooklyft services.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
Hooklyft does not guarantee the quality of hooks generated as it depends on the user-submitted content. In cases of service failure attributable to Hooklyft, refunds will be provided in the form of free credits. Hooklyft’s liability in such cases is limited to the provision of these credits.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes should first be reported to Hooklyft’s support team. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to legal proceedings within the jurisdiction of the High Court of Aurangabad, Maharashtra.
Miscellaneous
By registering for Hooklyft, users consent to be contacted for service-related and marketing purposes via email or phone.
