  • Subscription Plans: Refunds for subscriptions to our Individual Plan ($29/Month) or Business Plan ($99/Month) are eligible if no credits have been consumed during the given month.
  • Time Frame: Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the subscription purchase.
  • Service Failures: In cases where there is a service failure attributable to Hooklyft, such as significant downtime or system errors that impact your ability to use our service as intended, users may be eligible for refunds in the form of free credits for future use.

Process for Requesting a Refund

  1. Notification: To request a refund, you must notify Hooklyft within the specified time frame. Please send your refund request to support@hooklyft.com, including your account information and the reason for the refund request.
  2. Review: Upon receiving your request, our team will review your account activity and the circumstances of your request to determine eligibility for a refund.
  3. Resolution: You will be notified via email about the outcome of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Limitations

  • Refunds are limited to the original method of payment or free credits for service failure related issues.
  • Hooklyft reserves the right to refuse a refund request if the account has violated our Terms of Service, including but not limited to, misuse of service credits or engaging in prohibited activities.
