  • Time Frame: Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the subscription purchase.
  • Service Failures: In cases where there is a service failure attributable to Hooklyft, such as significant downtime or system errors that impact your ability to use our service as intended, users may be eligible for refunds in the form of free credits for future use.
